This recently modernised villa located on the south western coast of Ibiza is comfortable and well equipped for all your holidaying needs. The villa is westerly facing and enjoys sunshine from early morning until late evening. The villa also backs on to nature reserve ideal for leisurely strolls. Only 5-10 mins walk to beaches, bars, cafe's and restaurants. Secluded BBQ area to entertain yourselves throughout those summer nights. The large terraces at the front of the house have another eating area and looks on to our Ibicencan stlye garden. New pool under construction.
The apartment is located on a frontline seaview site in San Antonio Bay just two minutes walk away from many bars, restaurants and shops including the famous Kumharas chill out bar. If your looking for a rather more lively and vibrant evening, then why not catch the boat taxi from the beach just five mins walk away (which runs every 30 mins until midnight at a cost of two euros each) into the famous area of bars and clubs known as 'The West End' of San An. For those without sea legs you will find you can pick up a taxi just as easily ! We do offer an executive airport transfer service, please ask for further details. .

Coast/Beach
4 min drive, 10 min walk to the nearest beach. Very close by are several beautiful beaches. Our favourites are Cala Codolar (4 min), Cala Conta (4 min, spectacular sunsets on the beach and on the cliffs above). Good family resorts are Cala Tarida (4 min), Cala Bassa (7 min) and Cala Moli (8 min, watersport rentals), these all have shallow water, restaurants and amenities.
Travel
Nearest international airport: Ibiza at 20 miles (30 minutes away). There is a good bus service to local town. Taxis are available. Car hire companies can be recommended with collection from the airport. A car is recommended.

Booking notes
To book this property, we require 50% of the total rent payable by electronic bank transfer. Balance and security deposit of £500 due 6 weeks prior to arrival date. The deposit will be paid back in full to the guest, providing that nothing has been damaged to the property. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling.
